DiLorenzo & Associates ("DiLorenzo & Associates," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information we collect about you through our website at www.dilorenzoassociates.com, online contact and valuation forms, email and text messages we exchange with you, phone calls, and any offline interactions you have with our team (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we, the DiLorenzo & Associates team, handle information you share with us directly.

  • Directly from you, when you complete a contact or home-valuation form, request a property tour, register for a saved-search alert, call or text us, or otherwise communicate with our team,
  • Automatically, when you use our website, through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that log information such as pages visited, session duration, and approximate location, and
  • From other sources, including Keller Williams systems, our multiple listing service (MLS), title companies, lenders, public records, and joint marketing partners or vendors.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, including:

5. Cookies and Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on www.dilorenzoassociates.com to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve our content. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics, which collect information about your use of our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers also allow you to refuse or delete cookies; if you do, some parts of our website may not function as intended.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Marketing Communications

You may opt out of our marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message we send, or by emailing us. You may opt out of our text messages by replying "STOP" to any text we send. Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request. You cannot opt out of transactional messages necessary to provide services you have requested.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Phone Calls and Text Messages

If you share your telephone number with us — for example, by submitting a contact form, requesting a home valuation, or texting us directly — you agree that we may contact you at that number and the email address you provided about real estate products and services, even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. We may use automated systems and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
